Phil leads the firm's management consulting practice of CFMC Consulting.  Drawing on his years of international experience, Phil has developed proprietary processes and management tools that build businesses to achieve extraordinary performance through maximising the competitive contribution of their strategy, brand and organisational culture. The resulting work around brand, culture and performance is famous for its business focus, real spirit and vitality.  It's not just about numbers.
 
Phil's most recent work experience has included consulting to the CEO's of  some of Australia's largest companies.  Prior to this Phil had built a reputation as a leading industry expert in South Africa and the United Kingdom.

Phil trained as an Industrial Psychologist at Natal University in South Africa and has 23 years of experience in working with founders and CEO's to transform their businesses through high performance cultures.
